Returns Policy

Standard Products (Ready-Made Items)

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Bespoke/Made-to-Measure Products

Due to the custom nature of made-to-measure curtains and blinds, these items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed specifications. We take great care to ensure accuracy during measurement and manufacturing.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or bespoke products manufactured to your specifications
  • Items that have been installed
  • Products that show signs of use or damage
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Fabric swatches and samples

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the issue
  • We will arrange collection at no cost to you
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified via email regarding refund approval
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable (except for faulty items)

Cancellations

Before Manufacturing

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before manufacturing begins. A full refund of any deposit will be provided.

During Manufacturing

Once production has commenced, cancellation will incur a 30% restocking fee to cover materials and labour costs.

After Completion

Bespoke items cannot be cancelled once completed. Standard items follow the 14-day return policy outlined above.

Quality Issues

If you discover a manufacturing defect or quality issue:

  • Report within 7 days of installation
  • We will inspect the item at your property
  • Issues will be rectified at no cost to you
  • This may involve repair, replacement or refund

Damaged During Installation

Our professional installers take great care. However, if accidental damage occurs during installation, we will repair or replace the affected items immediately at no charge.

Change of Mind

For bespoke products, we strongly recommend ordering fabric swatches and attending a consultation before placing your order. Once bespoke manufacturing begins, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind.
