By accessing and using the services of Chodyrexvorg.world, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We provide custom blinds, curtains and window treatment solutions including design, manufacture, measurement and installation services throughout Bolton and Greater Manchester.
All quotations are valid for 30 days. Orders become binding once a deposit is received. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
We provide free professional measurement services. Installation dates are scheduled subject to availability. Customers must ensure access to the property on agreed dates.
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of placing the order (before manufacture commences) for a full refund. Once manufacturing has started, cancellations incur a 30% restocking fee. Bespoke made-to-measure items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for 12 months from installation. This covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages.
All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics and logos, is our property and protected by copyright law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
